The Physical Education program aims to develop students’ ability to lead healthy, happy, and active lives.
Across all grades, students will explore a range of topics to develop their knowledge and understanding in key areas related to well-being and social development. This will include topics such as creating a balanced diet, leading a healthy lifestyle, building positive relationships, and demonstrating social responsibility. Students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to make healthy choices as they grow and develop.
The PYP Personal, Social, and Physical Education (PSPE) program aims to develop fundamental skills across a range of physical activities to provide a foundation for future success.
The MYP Physical and Health Education (PHE) builds on the fundamental skills and concepts students have developed previously as these are applied in competitive situations and across a range of sports.
