How Students Learn at SIS

Through a blend of traditional teaching and learning methods with student-centred guided inquiry and project based learning, the SIS curriculum will challenge students to think for themselves and to take responsibility for their learning as they explore issues and opportunities in real-life contexts. Teachers collaborate to deepen student-learning and increase their confidence and self-motivation. The whole school community, including parents, are viewed as partners in learning, actively contributing to a holistic educational experience for the Sias students.

Partnered with the Franklin-Cover Leader in Me programme, the Sias staff and faculty will create a school culture based on 5 core paradigms:
